Went in was greeted promptly. I filled out all my paperwork online and knew the truck I was getting. My salesman was Sal. I do not even know why we came here. Everytime we have an appointment is always with a young person that has no experience or is very bad at that job. We could have gotten a car one night if they put forth more effort then what they did. When things didn't go as planned, the employee up and dismissed us. Didn't see if there was another way to get the vehicle. Which there was but when it was to late to do anything anymore. On top of everything, he talked down to us like we were stupid. We prepared to get this vehicle for several weeks and had the approval but because of this kid, we lost the vehicle we put so much time and effort for. Not only that, we lost money to have it shipped. If i could give negative stars, I would. Good riddance. And now the car that we paid for to have shipped and everything approved through, got sold to someone else. Worst car company ever. The positive reviews on here are not what they seem. The make it sound like its so fast and easy. Well thats all a lie. More
