Finally the finance person that helped us (she was great) saw us and got the "salesman" that was supposed to be helping us. He did not care at all about our purchase or us. More

My experience started with a representative on the phone. This person helped me secure a vehicle from another state organize. It’s transfer and set up a meeting once it got there. I am dissatisfied, as I purchased a nearly new 2023 vehicle specifically to avoid having any trouble. CJ got my car appraised in less than 20 minutes. As soon as I was done with him, Devon was talking to me to see what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I explained to him what I was thinking and with his help we quickly found 4 vehicles I was interested in looking at. After looking at all 4 vehicles I test drove two and picked the one that was the best fit for me. Never once did I feel like I was being pushed or pressured into anything. Devon made the whole car buying experience care free. I would definitely recommend anyone going to carmax to talk to Devon. More
