Not the CarMax that it used to be. Our family has bought at least 20 cars from CarMax throughout the years. They have always been helpful, honest, and care about the client. This last time, we bought a car, but my wife wanted to change it as it felt too small. The salesperson that sold us the car did not even want to talk to us the second time. The second salesperson, while helpful, left a lot of things unchecked. We still don't have a second key, the vehicle was not properly cleaned and prepped for delivery, there was body damage that was not properly repaired, and the windshield wiper pump was not working (easy fix with a new fuse). Overall, the business practice is subpar with other dealers, and really a different CarMax than what CarMax was created for. Very disappointed. More
