Overall pleased with the value of my purchase. However, there is a huge issue with how pushy carmax reps can be at times for information that I had to submit multiple times. This is a continuous complaint on my part, and would have to be resolved for me to seriously consider prioritizing using carmax again in the future. Their saving grace I think is that they hold a large share of the market in used cars, so they may end up being the best choice regardless of the sales experience, which is was quite mediocre. I think the store itself and the people that work there try as hard as they can, and I do appreciate how nice they were to work with. That doesn't absolve the larger carmax ecosystem from it's glaring issues, however. More

This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock.
