Took delivery on a Saturday which I know is a very busy time in a store. The car was transported from CA and there were some damages incurred along the way, however the staff was very accommodating at maki time in a store. It was a fairly streamlined experience. I think, in retrospect, I wouldn't make a 7pm appointment to test drive if sincerely interested in purchasing the vehicle.
