I was disappointed, I mean the people were friendly enough but it felt somewhat like I was buying something at a convenience store. I mean, at times, it felt unprofessional. The whole no haggling is fine but then you very low ball us on the trade-in and then are like take it or leave it. It's somewhat a screw you right to my face. We had an appointment to finalize the purchase and pick the car and they made us wait behind people who were just looking and wanted to talk to a salesperson. When we did talk to someone they had no idea what was going on and ask what car we wanted to test drive. I mean I could go one but what's the point More
