My dealer fell down on a few fronts though.. - Sales guy who I initially worked with made the final appointment with me in order to buy and pick up the car and he no-showed, something about it being his day off, suspect he got canned. - To their credit the Manager scrambled and I worked with someone else who was very competent, However.. when we picked up the car service engine error code was asserted (perhaps more points needed on the 125 pt inspection) - The good news is that after 2 visits to the CarMax repair facility issue got sorted out, covered under the 30 day warranty - So, the good is the low stress buying experience along with the 10 day return and the 30 day warranty. Minus one point for the over four hours it took to purchase with a cash deal, multiple mistakes with the paperwork that had to be corrected including the misspelling of my name which I caught.
