Up to dealing with Melody on 4/9/26, my experience was great at CarMax. Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. Hence why I’m a returning customer. However, Melody in service wasn’t helpful at all and w great at CarMax. Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. Hence why I’m a returning customer. However, Melody in service wasn’t helpful at all and was unprofessional in dealing with me as a customer. She assumed I knew her protocol in handling my case land did not communicate her actions until I reached out to get an update. This delayed the service I have been awaiting which is ordering my car emblem. I was originally told I would receive a call once it came in. But Melody transferred the case to another CarMax for whatever reason without communicating with me. Had I not called,, I’d still be waiting unaware of her actions. Nonetheless , I was very unsatisfied with her communication and attitude during the call. As a customer, I should not have to assume I know or read the mind of someone handling my case at the dealership. More
