I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CarMax Oceanside. I trusted your company, but I was misled, ignored, and left with a vehicle that had hidden issues that your team denied. You sold me a Oceanside. I trusted your company, but I was misled, ignored, and left with a vehicle that had hidden issues that your team denied. You sold me a car with a repainted front fender and door, yet your staff repeatedly told me the vehicle had no accidents and no paintwork. This was not true. I confirmed the repaint and the misaligned panel through an authorized Honda service center. You also gave me a key fob from another vehicle, and your representatives told me the trunk “just needs service.” Honda later confirmed that the trunk never opens from the fob on this car. Again — misinformation. When problems started, nobody returned my calls, nobody supported me, and my warranty window passed while I waited for a response from your employees. This is unacceptable customer service. CarMax promises honesty and transparency, but my experience was the opposite — misleading information, zero communication, and no respect for the customer. I will remember this treatment, and I hope you remember it too. The respect you give your customers is exactly the respect your company will receive in return. More

Poor communication and returning calls. Didn’t disclose car history and consequently had to have repairs made. Benjamin in the service department was great but it should have been made known to me that the car had been in an accident and diesel had been put in the engine. Maybe that’s why they were t eager to sell the car? I love this car but the experience left me feeling disappointed and unhappy. More
