I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and I honestly have to say this was by far the less stressful experience I've ever had! The salesman was late for my appointment but that was because it was a busy day had to come back because I didn’t bring my title but when I bought CarMax didn’t give me a title and I didn’t finance. The process are less of a hassle by using the online presence. since i was 3 hours away from the closest CarMax dealership. also having the vehicle transported from another state was easy.
