I searched for a few weeks to find the car I wanted. I found one and it was at a location in AZ. I ordered it on 2/11/26. The estimate was between 2/21 to 3/6. It arrived on 3/3. I was not contacted unt I found one and it was at a location in AZ. I ordered it on 2/11/26. The estimate was between 2/21 to 3/6. It arrived on 3/3. I was not contacted until 3/5. I missed the first call so I tried several times to return the call and couldn't connect until 3/6. I was told the car needed to go through another inspection (even though it was already inspected and sellable in AZ). I live an hour away from the dealership. I told the associate on 3/6 (a Friday) I would be in town near the dealership on 3/8 (a Sunday). He said he would get to work on it and let me know. I never heard back from this associate, that was the last conversation I had with him. My husband called on 3/8 to see if we could get the car because we hadn't heard anything. We were told no as it still wasn't inspected and that it wouldn't be ready until at least 3/9 because there is no one in on Sundays to do the inspection. On 3/9 a different associate called me and said great news! They did the inspection yesterday, on 3/8, which we were told was not possible. They found two things in the inspection on the interior of the vehicle which was frustrating because again this car was inspected and ready for sale in AZ pre shipment. How was the interior (3rd row mind you) damaged in transit? I was told the car was unsellable until it was fixed. I said I had been waiting a month and I needed to get the car on 3/10. If the fixes were unable to be made I would bring it back and have it fixed. I did all of the paperwork online. I made an appointment for 3/10. I was still there over 2 hours. On the test drive I pointed out there was no windshield washer fluid. I was told they filled it. They did not. They were able to fix one of the things found on inspection by the time I got there, but not the other. I was told they ordered the part, it should be in the next day, and they would call me to make arrangements to have it fixed. I was also told I would be refunded my shipping fee for the issues I encountered. No one reached out to me after that. After a week I called back. I was routed to the service department who told me nothing had been ordered for me and they had no record of what was wrong. They then wanted me to provide details of what needed to be fixed, which I had no idea what was wrong, it was found during their inspection! They then asked me if I could go take pictures of the entirety of the third row so they could try and see what was wrong. I also had not received my refund I was promised. I called each day. I didn't hear back from the associate I worked with until Friday. The refund hadn't been processed. He initiated it later that day. He also did not know what part would need to be ordered but said he would look into it. This was the last time I spoke with this associate, I never heard back from him. The next week the service department called and asked me if I could go take pictures of the entirety of the third row so they could try and see what was wrong. I said no, that they needed to find their inspection because I am not able to see anything amiss (I'm also not a mechanic). I heard back another 10 days later and suddenly and miraculously my part was in! No clue how they finally found out what was wrong or what part was needed. When they wanted to schedule a time to bring it in I said I lived out of town and I was told they contract with a facility in my city that I could take it to. I was told they would coordinate this and reach back out. I still have not heard back from the dealership. It has now been over a month. An absolutely horrible experience with the ball dropped at so many levels. More
I did the express purchase with an appointment and time but still ended up waiting almost an hour in the lobby before starting the process I was limited on time so I actually didn't even test drive the veh but still ended up waiting almost an hour in the lobby before starting the process I was limited on time so I actually didn't even test drive the vehicle there was no speedy to the process unfortunately and the sitting at the dealership is the absolute worst part for me I took the time and uploaded everything online before my appointment added the vehicle to my insurance policy uploaded the documents and completed all of the esign documents so I needed to sign and pay my down payment that was all overall it took about 1 hour 45 minutes. More
