The car they sold me clearly has a problem and they are gaslighting me to not wanting to fix it. It took me having to take the car to multiple mechanics for them to finally say yes there is a problem. But gaslighting me to not wanting to fix it. Overall experience has been great with CarMax. I bought a 4runner. At the time of purchase I didn’t see little details that were wrong like missing bumper clip or damaged window seal (etc.). Tables and chairs were clean, lobby and waiting area were comfortable. Did not have to wait long to be helped when we were ready. We had to use alternate emails and open "new client" accounts to complete the purchase. It is mildly frustrating because we can't even switch it over to our normal emails because they are already "in use"...on our original account! More
