The car they sold me clearly has a problem and they are gaslighting me to not wanting to fix it. It took me having to take the car to multiple mechanics for them to finally say yes there is a problem. But gaslighting me to not wanting to fix it. Overall experience has been great with CarMax. I bought a 4runner. At the time of purchase I didn’t see little details that were wrong like missing bumper clip or damaged window seal (etc.). Tables and chairs were clean, lobby and waiting area were comfortable. Did not have to wait long to be helped when we were ready. The one negative thing is that for some reason our sales person could not ope comfortable. Did not have to wait long to be helped when we were ready. This is the 4th car we've purchased through carmax in the last 15 years and we've never had that problem before. We had to use alternate emails and open "new client" accounts to complete the purchase. It is mildly frustrating because we can't even switch it over to our normal emails because they are already "in use"...on our original account! More
Car not washed, or cleaned as i was told would be happening. Dealer scratched door with key box and denied it (blue transfer on white paint from key box was wiped away by salesman in-front of me) Onc happening.
