Overall experience has been great with CarMax. I bought a 4runner. At the time of purchase I didn’t see little details that were wrong like missing bumper clip or damaged window seal (etc.). Tables and chairs were clean, lobby and waiting area were comfortable. Did not have to wait long to be helped when we were ready. We had to use alternate emails and open "new client" accounts to complete the purchase.
