The sales process was unpleasant, both on the phone and in person. The sales person seemed unsure of what to do, and it took a long time. Then, 4 days after picking it up, the car broke down completely. When we called service, they said the soonest they could fit us in on Monday which was almost 1 week away and also the day that the 10day trial period would end. I felt like it was a scam and we would have to end up keeping a car that was a lemon. More

The lady who helped me with the car she was amazing. However, the servicing Dwayne not good at all. I brought it back in because I was missing my charger. They did get me a new charger or else I wouldn' However, the servicing Dwayne not good at all. I brought it back in because I was missing my charger. They did get me a new charger or else I wouldn't have kept the vehicle. I would have returned it. However, I did mention that it stunk real bad in the cabin. Possibly the air filter needed changed. They told me it didn't and they sprayed some deodorizer in it. A week later it started smelling like mildew again. I went and purchased a new air filter and took the old one out. It was completely black and covered with hair. They lied. I don't think I'll ever purchase a vehicle there because of that. Not happy, not concur. I'm actually going to save and take it into a Honda dealership so that they can review and do a mechanical check on the systems. Luckily I got the extended warranty. Just in case everything is messed up I can have Honda fix it. I don't trust anything that carmax says moving forward More
I first worked with Jenny Galvin when I called in and she was great, and then at the local Avondale AZ store I was assigned Jerry Chanthachone that was very very good to me, and I wished I had his last name was great, and then at the local Avondale AZ store I was assigned Jerry Chanthachone that was very very good to me, and I wished I had his last name to add. Jerry kept me updated throughout the week as I had the car shipped from Idaho to Phoenix and then once the title and car was ready. The car was ready on a Friday and Jerry was off that day but still kept me updated on his day off and then had his friend Alonzo Valdez help me that day to complete my purchase which Alonzo was a wonderful individual too. I really can't say enough great things for all the individuals that helped me along the way. The teamwork that takes place amongst all team members really makes a difference. I am a local District Sales Manager of the largest logistics company in the world, and I really appreciated the teamwork displayed in my buying experience. This was my first time buying a car from an online dealer and I couldn't be happier and will do so again. No pressure and simple process with wonderful folks at every corner. A+ Thank you to Jenny, Jerry, and Alonzo for making my experience so wonderful and I love my new Lincoln Continental. Cheers More
We have used Car Max several times buying and selling cars. I recommend them to everyone needing a car, or selling one. I have delt with too many regular car dealerships in the past. Salesman has moved on. I don't know what the other sales people are like. He was like CARMAX. Before I knew what CM was. I told him what I wanted and he found it. I was disappointed it was white when I wanted red but it was perfect. White is cooler in hot weather. He shipped it in from California. I was thrilled to look on your website and find exactly what I wanted. Had it shipped here. In RED. Fully loaded. 2023 with only 15,000 miles. Must have been driven to the grocery store and back. I don't plan on ever buying another car unless it is a self drive. I figure in 10 years they should have figured out how to build safe and Reliable cars. More
