This is my second time buying with Carmax and I couldn’t be happier. I really don’t enjoy the whole car buying experience in general. Planning to spend a full day going too car dealerships..enduring the hag be happier. I really don’t enjoy the whole car buying experience in general. Planning to spend a full day going too car dealerships..enduring the haggling…waiting for hours…financing…insurance…more waiting. I hate it. CarMax has allowed me to enjoy the car buying process. I’m picky when it comes to the type of cars I’m going to buy. So having a large inventory of cars that I can pick my way through is absolutely huge! Each detailed listing includes many clear HD quality pics, in depth information, and so on. the part I like the most is that I can enter in my financial information to get pre-approved for a (realistic) loan. Then use that pre-approval information, including your estimated monthly payment, to filter out all the cars that you can’t afford. But that’s just the beginning of all the dozens of ways you can filter your search making it super easy to find the car you want. Finding a lender is smooth and painless with Carmax even helping find insurance for you if needed. The only bummer after you find your perfect car and research it, is waiting for the car to arrive and get ready for you to go pick it up. TORTURE!!! It took about a week for the car to be shipped and prepped for me but once I arrived to the dealership I was treated with friendly staff that made the paperwork etc smooth. All the staff wanted to do was to make my experience as smooth and painless as possible. Tyler and the whole staff were fantastic! They were VERY BUSY but I never felt like I was being ignored even when I had to wait to get the final paperwork signed. Thank you CarMax for helping me find the car I was looking for and making it fun!!! More
