It took about four hours to complete the purchase, but we were trading in two cars that had a couple issues to resolve, so I don't blame the crew at the dealership for the time. And there was absolutely no sales pressure to deal with and everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and they gave us the full trade-in amount on both cars from the estimates we received online. Hopefully this car lasts us a long time, but we'll certainly come back whenever we need a new one. More
I have purchased 4 other cars through carmax. .. all great experiences... until I bought my dream car! Let down after repeated let down. New corvette stingray they caused damage in shipping. Then it took over a month to replace and paint a bumber... after telling me it was fixed on multiple occasions only to drive 4 hours to get to Denver only to be told the car is NOT ready once we arrive. Then the car had a customer wrap job with damage on multiple places on the car and I was told at first they would only pay to wrap the bumper that was damaged during shipping at a pathetic $250 dollars. The entire wrap has to be redone to match and the bumper alone will be $1200. We landed on $750... but that doesnt even cover the roll of wrap. Let alone the labor. This is also on a high end sports car with very low miles.... not a cheap honda. Then you would think after months of waiting... multiple trips across the state... etc... they would make it right, but instead I was told they have to draw a line in the sand sometime and this car has only been a headache to their dealership and they are ready to wipe their hands of it. I was told, "either i can take the car, or walk at this point. They would just send it to auction and not have to make anything right!" I found a company to do the wrap work and called carmax's sales manager Mike and told him I was ready to proceed with my "we owe" reimbursement and was told their service manager nick would have to call me back because the sales manager who had been with carmax for over 20 years "doesn't know how that's processed"??? Anyway... I absolutely love my new car but i would rather drink a bucket of razorblades then deal with this incompetent dealership again!!! More
Luis was wonderful to work with. I actually came in just to get an appraisal for my 2017 Highlander. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. I will definitely come back for my wife's new (used) car when the time is right.. More

The staff at this location, in every single department, is EXCEPTIONAL! Maaz and Luis made me feel so beyond comfortable. It was like I was purchasing a vehicle with my besties. The business office was amazing. The sales manager on duty went above and beyond - checking in to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. I had a question about my oil percentage the following day, and Jeff (Service Manager) got back to me quickly and had me in and out in no time the following day. He also went above and beyond. I have done business with this location twice now - selling a car and then buying my car a few months later. Everyone makes a what could be stressful situation so seamless. If I could give double the stars, I would. THANK YOU CarMax South Broadway! You ALL are absolutely amazing! More
