This was my very first time buying a car - let alone stepping foot in a dealership and Michael Malenski helped make this experience be less intimidating all in all. There were a few hiccups at first wit stepping foot in a dealership and Michael Malenski helped make this experience be less intimidating all in all. There were a few hiccups at first with the car after finalizing everything and taking the car home. But after bringing it back, everyone at this establishment - and especially Michael helped make things right. We were there all day working with him to get things figured out, and i mean from 1pm all the way until 9pm closing time. I had no issue at all being there all day because I was attended to the entire time and was assured that I was being helped out. And sure enough, I was able to leave feeling even more confident in my purchase of the car and that the people working at this location have my back and work hard to make sure their client is satisfied. I’m so grateful that I wasn’t left hanging like some places do. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone I know looking to get a car, and I certainly would make sure that they go to Michael M to help them out. Thanks so very much!! More

Sales people are all like 20-25 years old (not just at this location; I went to 3 locations); Max was very patient with me. The different Car Max locations don't really "talk" to each other easily. I got lots of phone calls asking stuff that they should be able to see with all my activity on the website and all of my visits. I think they do a pretty sloppy job of detailing the cars' interiors. In the end, I got what I needed, with several visits and a lot of patience. More
