​I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Carmax. I purchased a truck here, and only 14 days later, the transmission started failing. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn't exchange the vehicle for another one in the same price range. ​The only response I received was, "Unfortunately, we can't do that at this time," with zero explanation or effort to make it right despite the "extenuating circumstances" of selling a faulty vehicle. For a company that prides itself on "no-hassle" buying, they certainly make it a hassle when they sell you a lemon. I expected much better service and accountability. Buyer beware. More
