In my 60s, so I've bought lots of cars and this was the less stressful one ever. Easy to search online, reserve and have car brought to town. The people were so kind, helpful, understanding, patient, funny, determined and hard working. Even a young lady (I think named Amy) who seemed to be maybe a Mechanic was about to get off work but still took funny, determined and hard working. The first time I came to Carmax in Springfield, IL...Chris was so amazing and outgoing. This time it was James and he was so patient with our confusion and questions and was determined to work with our preferences and budget. The environment and staff were so much better than Jim Xamis in Lincoln, IL. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for vehicles. Had done all the research and had been approved and even had my old car trade in value assessment done before walking into the dealership. I get there and come to find out that the way I did it was thru a had my old car trade in value assessment done before walking into the dealership. I get there and come to find out that the way I did it was thru a different site(little discouraging) and had to start over, but no big deal, James helped me from start to Finish and it was a smooth transaction and fairly quick too! Literally was on my test drive within minutes of Walking in and by the time I got back was signing paperwork and was out the door and on my way. Was a great experience and appreciate all the hard work James did to seal the deal. More
