Louie and his team were helpful, friendly and speedy to get us in and out. The car I was looking at was ready for me to test drive and all of our questions were answered. I purchased a car at the Oracle location. Cameron was our sales rep and he was excellent. He explained every detail of the process clearly. I was promised some buffing of scratches which wasn't done. The interior was not cleaned properly. Also we were only given one key fob which had no key inside it for the child locks. More
