Carmax use to be the car dealership to go to for straight forward disclosure and pricing. Now I do not agree with that ….. Carmax did not disclose that they only had 1 key for my new vehicle. They told me af forward disclosure and pricing. Now I do not agree with that ….. Carmax did not disclose that they only had 1 key for my new vehicle. They told me after the picture was taken with the bow on the car and all paperwork was signed. I feel like that was a shady thing to do. No longer does Carmax surpass other dealerships, they are just like them . My last 4 vehicles came from Carmax , not my next one . More

I would not recommend this CarMax location to anyone! ! I have gone back and forth with them regarding my car being ready for pick up! One of the salesman called me to let me know it was ready and that th ! I have gone back and forth with them regarding my car being ready for pick up! One of the salesman called me to let me know it was ready and that the Title had arrived. When I got there, I did the paperwork and test drive all for them to tell me that I couldn’t take the car that day because the Title hadn’t arrived!!! However, the manager took it upon himself to fill out the check from my credit union before knowing or telling me about the issue with the Title!! I will be going to the BBB as well as the Sheriff if I don’t have my car by tomorrow!!!! More

Asked for more pictures of the vehicle - they did nothing. They had far fewer pictures than a normal ad. This is the second time a Carmax has been unresponsive.
