Easy Truck purchase I have ever made. Mostly done online and went to the location to sign paperwork and pickup vehicle. Preston was awesome and made things super easy. Twice on the online purchase website I declined the extended insurance and when I reviewed my paperwork it was included. The vehicle was solid but when staff removed the lock box from the driver's sid extended insurance and when I reviewed my paperwork it was included. The vehicle was solid but when staff removed the lock box from the driver's side window, they scratched the tint. Staff person said they would call me to arrange an appointment to fix it. Weeks went by and no one called so I set the appointment. When I got the vehicle back, the new tint had small bubbles and little spec of dirt under it. The staff person said they would schedule a fix for it but has never followed up. I had considered keeping the warranty but I will cancel it now because CarMax staff's follow up is terrible. I am not going to deal with that again. More
The salesperson was nice to me but they said they did a 150 point inspection and I have not driven the car 600 miles and already it says it needs an oil change.
