The transation went very well. Only downside for me was the FOB was not the correct one for this Pathfinder. Carmax in Irving surpassed my expectations. I had previously worked with the dealership in McKinney, however, the dealership in Irving followed through and followed up on all issues and concern I had previously worked with the dealership in McKinney, however, the dealership in Irving followed through and followed up on all issues and concerns. That was not my experience in McKinney. The Irving location sale representative Debbie worked with my transfer, trade in, and subsequent sale every step of the way. Even when there was an issue with the key fob, she contacted the service department and ensured it was taken care of. Only issue noted was that during the service appt, I was not contacted when my vehicle was ready, the assigned service advisor "forgot" and I had to Uber to carmax to pick up my vehicle. More

Nick O'Hare was our salesman and was extremely courteous and seemed very aware of what kind of vehicle that we wanted. He showed us a Chevy Trailbazer and a Ford Bronco Sport..... we decided on the Bronco. and seemed very aware of what kind of vehicle that we wanted. He showed us a Chevy Trailbazer and a Ford Bronco Sport..... we decided on the Bronco. He went over every inch of the contract and made sure we understood everything. My husband and I did pay cash. Upon delivering the Bronco to us on the drive not only did he have it washed and filled the gas tank but he noticed a nail in one of the tires and took it back to make sure it wasn't leaking. Then he put a HUGE yellow bow on the hood and took several pictures of us with it. More
