Nick O'Hare was our salesman and was extremely courteous and seemed very aware of what kind of vehicle that we wanted. Upon delivering the Bronco to us on the drive not only did he have it washed and filled the gas tank but he noticed a nail in one of the tires and took it back to make sure it wasn't leaking. Then he put a HUGE yellow bow on the hood and took several pictures of us with it. More

I had asked for a home delivery and not only were they unable to accommodate me with a reasonable time frame they did not even make it within the time frame they advised of. They didn’t even let me know there was any issues and I had started calling first thing that morning before they even opened speaking with the call center. Then I spoke with the store and they did not say anything about any issues with a system and their time frame ended at 4 and I had another appointment at 430. They did not let me know they couldn’t make it within the time frame until 315. To make it even worse I still have not received my registration sticker. More

Vehicle was not clean and look like it hadn’t been detailed, first person that contacted me was good and sent me video of the vehicle, went to the garland location first and vehicle there was horrible detailed, first person that contacted me was good and sent me video of the vehicle, went to the garland location first and vehicle there was horrible shape, needed front tires and vehicle smelled like an ash tray, also dirty.
