It was very quiet when you entered; not chaotic. My only negative thing is that they could have been faster about the process. My purchase experience was different from any car purchase that I have experienced. I wasted almost 30 minutes waiting for the salesperson to come and take a test drive with me. Only to be told that purchase that I have experienced. I wasted almost 30 minutes waiting for the salesperson to come and take a test drive with me. Only to be told that no longer occurs after Covid. After only 2 weeks after purchase the brakes started squealing and when I put the car in reverse or drive there was a rough take off. Come to find out the 120 Point Precheck was never completed. The brake pads, rotors, and motor mounts had to be replaced. I had to take my vehicle to Store#7115 on 11/14/25 for the repairs. I received no update on my vehicle until I called in, very poor communication. At that point I was advised that the tech that was working on my car had to leave, and I would have to come back on Monday. On Monday I took my car in and again received no communication until I reached out for status. I requested that my Lyft be requested at 4:50 that never happened. I finally got a Lyft at 5:40pm and arrived at the dealership after the service department was closed. This whole ordeal was horrible. I pray that it is a very long time until I have to return to this place!! More
