My first car had mechanical issues and the service department refused to fix it during my 30 day warrenty period so they bought it back. During the time that I’ve worked with Carmax, I’ve had three different associates. all of which have been fired? I chose a vehicle Jaguar I pace and when I went to pick it up, it didn’t start.?? I chose a second vehicle Kia EV6 and the first time I drove it home. A large plastic detai part fell off on the passenger side. It then needed to be replaced ….. a week later the same part fell off on the driver side and that needed to be replaced to say that I was disappointed with my experience with Carmax is a severe understatement. I will never purchase or inform anybody to purchase a car at this establishment??? More
