CarMax

They didn't have the car they advertised in my price range, that I SPECIFICALLY RESEARCHED for my safety, the best car for me only traveling about 12 miles a day in all traveling back and forth to work range, that I SPECIFICALLY RESEARCHED for my safety, the best car for me only traveling about 12 miles a day in all traveling back and forth to work and possibly driving my clients around and for it NOT TO BE TOO LOW to the ground like most cars are made. I explained how my last car, I just paid off, went out of control and was totaled because of the low front and the curb was high. The rep was Rude from the 1st introduction, he said, "I Already know you're gonna be a Problem And NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAY." HE Was very rude and unprofessional. And the car wasn't inspected correctly, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR because the doors didn't work when I went to pick up the car, but my Credit union paid for it. I should have a percentage discount just for my horrible experience. The Doors are Electric or something, and THEY DIDN'T WORK when I went to pick up my car, an INSPECTION that was supposedly Done, failed and I should be financially compensated for it, money taken off of the car I purchased. I'm driving there" complimentary car", & I am legally responsible for it, even though it's not MY fault the Car I bought didn't pass the "Inspection" they were supposed to perform BEFORE selling it to me & then LYING about it in the paperwork, saying that it passed, WHEN IT DIDN'T. Makes me wonder, What ELSE is going to go wrong with the car. And he was quick to offer me some insurance for the mechanical parts or something, I paid for upfront, as I finished signing the paperwork of purchase. The rep was very rude and fast talking, to the point, he called me a day or so later, quickly apologizing, haphazardly, about how Rude he was, making the excuses that he had a Long day and many customers & family issues. In our very first introduction, HE AUTOMATICALLY, when I gave him my Research on the car I PICKED FROM CarMax, that was in my monthly payment management, HE SAID "We don't have that car and you can't afford it by my Credit union amount they will finance". I have my OWN MONEY saved and was going to put $3,000 down, because I ALREADY Calculated it and brought my information I gathered from my extensive research on the Actual Car they advertised. He said that I shouldn't put that much on the car, because it wouldn't make my monthly payments much less, but he offered me these different insurances on the car repairs and I picked the one that was about a year, I believe, I am not looking at the paperwork at the moment. He was rude and Smug in his attitude. Now, I have a car, I didn't want and was manipulated into, and IT'S ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS Before I can even bring it home. I don't have it, they are supposed to be in the process of fixing it, but that won't happen until after the 8th, when the mechanic can actually get the time to look at it, and I still won't have it. I took a PTO week off work because I DON'T WANT TO drive a car that's NOT MINE & BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT, but I will still have to drive it and be financially responsible for it. I'm actually NOT SATISFIED, not one bit. I work for my money, I researched and found the car I wanted, I was directed to this establishment, and my Credit union gave me a check and this establishment failed me, not because of my credit, or the cash I could bring in, but because, in my opinion, they wanted to make money from selling my product insurance, and a car they knew would keep me paying for mechanical work. And the Representative was VERY Nasty in his Tone and how he addressed me. I doubt it if I will recommend this place to anyone. More
