Why would I want to take the depreciation hit of a new car purchase when I can purchase a nearly new vehicle for significantly less? Unless they change their selling model, I will continue to buy from Carmax. More

I was given the keys to my 2015 Toyota Tacoma with no key fab and was told to call the Fairfield location closer to my home town where I had a very poor experience with their service department.
