I was given the keys to my 2015 Toyota Tacoma with no key fab and was told to call the Fairfield location closer to my home town where I had a very poor experience with their service department. I was able to get a very fair quote for my trade in and got pre-qualified for financing through CarMax even before I stepped into the Dealership. I was notified Once the car arrived and I scheduled the test drive. The day of my appointment, we showed up a few minutes early and were introduced to our CarMax rep, who was fabulous! He got the car for a test drive and when made aware of a chip on the windshield (probably happened in transport), he immediately took the car back to have the chip and another chip repaired. The whole process was smoother than expected! I would definitely use CarMax again for a no stress, no hassle, quick car buying experience. More
