However, as I waited over an hour for help I witnessed multiple employees seemingly hanging out with each other chatting, or sitting at thei service. It’s possible they were doing something, but waiting for such a period of time and seeing employees that look like they are doing nothing did not give me a good feeling about how I was valued as someone making such a large purchase.
