I just purchased my third vehicle from CarMax. There have been improvements made in the passed three years since I bought my second vehicle. One area that really needs improvement is how long I ha There have been improvements made in the passed three years since I bought my second vehicle. One area that really needs improvement is how long I have to wait between saying "Yes, I'll but it" and when I'm heading off the lot. I got loan approval through CarMax a day or two before, and had a good offer for my trade it. I just needed to look over the truck, test drive, and sign. The signing doesn't take long anymore, it's just DocuSign. But there's still a lot of cooling my heals waiting for vehicle to be made ready. Maybe one day we can get the purchase time reduced from 3 hours to 30-45 minutes. More
