Second time using South Jordan CARMAX. First experience was excellent, therefore I purchased from them again. This experience was not pleasant. Had to wait a very long time for trade in assessment and contract completion. Offered $25 lunch reimbursement which I submitted a receipt for, never received the reimbursement. We had a good experience with CarMax. The only reason I did not rate a 5 was because I was a bit disappointed in the time it took to talk to someone initially as we had made an appointmen The only reason I did not rate a 5 was because I was a bit disappointed in the time it took to talk to someone initially as we had made an appointment. However, this was offset by the extra effort to get everything in place for us to drive the car with everything completed that evening. I had my 82 year old mother, so I did not want to be there all night long and we came from up North. It was interesting that the car was from a smoker and there was no mention of this. But the car had all the bells and whistles that my mother wanted, so we purchased the car. We are suspecting it was probably a bit cheaper because it was a smoker's car? Overall, my mother is thrilled with the car and we've had no problems from the car - it runs great!! Thanks CarMax. More

From the moment I started shopping to the day I picked up the car, the entire experience at CarMax was excellent. Josh made the purchase process smooth and stress-free, and he went above and beyond to prepar the car, the entire experience at CarMax was excellent. Josh made the purchase process smooth and stress-free, and he went above and beyond to prepare all the paperwork in advance so I could take delivery the same day. That level of organization and efficiency really stood out to me. After the purchase, I had a couple of minor concerns (a tire warning and a headlight bulb). Josh and Ezra from the service department were both very willing to help and made sure the issues were resolved promptly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. Overall, this experience built a great deal of trust for me. I would absolutely consider buying from CarMax again in the future and would highly recommend them to others. More
