Experience with staff was great, fast and effortless. I'm a pretty in/out person as I know what I wanted before I arrived and had it shipped to dealer which was also very simple and arrived on time. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the wait times and paperwork were minimal. I was out in probably less than an hour. I did find a few little dents on initial inspection that they fixed perfectly the next day and I picked up vehicle. Unfortunately a few days later I found some more larger dents that I missed when I was at the dealer. I called Scott and he had me bring the vehicle back in ASAP and they completely fixed the dents free of charge. Cannot see them whatsoever now!! Scott helped smooth everything out and made me feel confident in my purchase and ensuring they were going to take care of anything at all that comes up. Great experience and would recommend CarMax Midlothian VA to anyone. I took this time myself to write this survey because I feel like it was necessary for commendation of good work. More
