Drove 2 hours buy a reserved car that the manager took home for a joy ride for the weekend. Came back to buy it a few days later and did everything ahead and was supposed to an “express pickup” and sat a home for a joy ride for the weekend. This was my second time buying from CarMax, first time from this dealership. Both times was a satisfactory experience. I went online first and found just what I was looking for and available at the west S from this dealership. Both times was a satisfactory experience. Brought the car into the service department the next day to take care of a minor item and the service manager Dyla tells me that when the technician was pulling the car in he discovered another more serious issue. So they took the car in for a few days, gave me a nice loaner and took care of everything. I felt it really exemplified what going that extra mile was all about. Dyla and her crew were terrific. Everyone there was friendly and courteous, very professional. More
