The Carmax location I went to is not all about customer service at all. The sales person I dealt with seemed to be put out having to deal with me. I was given 20 minutes to test drive the car. The only person that was truly interested and congratulated me on my new vehicle was the lady I dealt with for my documents. There was an issue on one of the custom rims that I didn’t notice and was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The location manager and service department manager said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I was told to wait the 30 days from purchase and file a claim against my extended warranty company, my deductible is $450. I don’t know if this is standard practice or location practice. I will never buy from Carmax again nor will I ever recommend Carmax. More
