Cold blooded efficiency - very corporate, not customer/employee-based. They do the minimum needed to sell the vehicle - like dealing with an attorney. "Where are the wheel well liners?" And why would anyone be looking for that? I get the feeling the employees are not well-taken care of - like I said - very corporate. I am an architect and active builder - people are what I do and I can pick this up. There is no love or pride in their work - just doing a job. The top of the truck looked good - the underside was filthy and the tires were very underinflated to make the ride smoother - dangerous! This is not a dealership - it is a retail store that sells vehicles. More

First, I test drove the vehicle I was expecting to buy for 2 hours and found the harried salesman when returned telling me that the test drive is usually limited to 30 minutes. He never called the police on me and was gracious as could be about the whole thing. Second, the pictures from which I checked the car online showed all weather floor mats and I mentioned that I was disappointed to see that they weren't there when checking the car. He said right away that they would either find them or replace them with new ones--which they did. Finally, as I drove away after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the tank was full.
