I have not owned my car for a complete year and it has already cost me close to 2,000 dollars in repair. I was sold an AWD vehicle with 3 different brands of tires on it, one tire which was older then the car itself. AWD cars are supposed to have the same tread pattern, and my car had three different ones, one of which was dry rotted and a safety hazard. I now have to brakes, rotors and belts. Carmax is doing nothing to fix this situation. I am appalled by this business, and beyond dissatisfied. Run far away! More
