I bought my 5th car here - that sums up how great they are! I have been through 3 sales people… Gordon who was incredible and gave us such a fun experience. Then he retired and we were very sad. Then we asked Gordon who he recommended and He gave us Kyle’s name and number. He was trained by Gordon and he was awesome. This last truck I bought was not through Kyle, he was no longer there and he sent me his Moms name and number and set everything up to meet her. She was trained by Gordon too and was such a great experience. The best part was that at the end of the sale, we took pictures with her and she sent them to Gordon - who replied back how he remembered us and things about us. This is not just a dealership that sells top notch reliable cars, but an extended family and we absolutely love everything about them. 5 cars and trucks and never ever an issue with them. They have been the most reliable vehicles we have owned. We Love Carmax!!! More

My first time using Carmax and was pleasantly surprised. Very happy with my vehicle. Easy process. The battery they put in the vehicle even though it was 2025 with 5361 miles on it was an aftermarket reconditioned battery. Wouldn't have stopped the process, just good to know information. We spent two days in CarMax and walked out with more than we could have hoped for. Neither of us has purchased a pre-owned vehicle since the 1970's! Terry Tsakiris was our sales consultant and he was like an angel sent from heaven to help us! He seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted. He wasn't in a hurry and he wasn't pushy. Actually, working with Terry was such a rewarding experience that we are actually looking forward to our next buying experience. Lastly, I want to spread some love to Sosha, our Customer Advisor.
