Dealer uses experian for auto history, which was inaccurate. I ran carfax for $45 of my own money and found car had been in an accident, not reported on experian. Carmax failed to detect loose drive inaccurate. I ran carfax for $45 of my own money and found car had been in an accident, not reported on experian. Carmax failed to detect loose driverside window and missing splash plate under vehicle found by subsequent inspection by another service. Please use carfax, it is obviously inaccurate. Carmax salesperson was patient and knowledgable. But they should've offered to reimburse for carfax since it was more accurate about car history. Like the fact you can have cars shipped for free from nearby areas. More

I arrived to my appointment and still waited 25 minutes to test drive the car. I drove 3 hours to this dealership because they wanted to charge me 300.00 to move it to a closer store - crazy ! So after driving 3 hours then waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time they finally went to get the car. The car wouldn't start. It Needed to be Jumpstarted which took additional time. I'm not sure the car had been checked by a mechanic but the transmission was very hesitant in the lower gears and brakes were squeaky. I would not recommend this dealership More
