I've been to CARMAX once years ago. I found my car online with the notation: recently added. I immediately responded, the car was delivered from Modesto to Santa Rosa. I went to see it, drove it, bought it. I worked with Rachel De Leon who was terrific. I'm a real estate broker, so I appreciated her professionalism, knowledge and especially not bring pushy at all. I'm not and didn't want to deal with anyone who was. They also took my car in as a trade in, giving me fair value for it. Their policy of having a certain amount of days within which to return the car for a full refund was attractive also, but I'm keeping the car. It's very comfortable; however, I feel like I'm in a spaceship with all of the technology. I will recommend CARMAX 100%; especially Rachel. Thanks, Diane Litchfield
