Really smooth experience start to finish. I had the car shipped from another CarMax location and was able to test drive it about a week from the time I requested the car to be shipped. He even brought out another car for me to test drive since I mentioned I was considering an Audi Q5 (I came to CarMax to test drive a Porsche Cayenne). From the customer service, paperwork, and upfront pricing, I was very happy with the whole experience. This was the first time I bought a car on my own (didn't bring a partner or brother with me) and I feel I was treated professionally and respectfully...oh, and I love my new car. More
