We walked in the door, met Crissy, and felt immediately comfortable. She was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. There was no pressure. Made us feel like she was "on our side" to find the right car, and IF we did it was clear from the beginning how simple it would be to close the deal. She was as excited as we were about finding exactly the right vehicle. Paperwork was as quick as it could be. CarMax has that down with a few quick easy steps. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I'd never done this before. In fact I'm a widow and wasn't comfortable doing this on my own. Got to say, I would do this again in a heartbeat. More

I like dealing with carmax because they don't make you sit around and xxxxxxxx with 10 different people over price and warranties and all that. Their prices are on the slightly higher side, but i find it sit around and xxxxxxxx with 10 different people over price and warranties and all that. They'd have gotten 5 stars if they had a few more affordable sporty cars available. Crissy was awesome! More
