This is my second vehicle purchase from Carmax. Let's start with the reservation. I drove 45 minutes with family to arrive sit and wait. The Carmax representatives were professional, but could not locate the car. I was told it was in transit to another location in Washington, but that didn't make sense after we callled them. So, wasted trip, but was offered a meal voucher at restaurant? Either way, we took it upon ourselves to locate the vehicle and arrange for a test drive. Magically, it was still at same Carmax, just wasn't prepped. The 24 hr test drive was great, able to take the vehicle home and understand size, car seats. Warranties are always kind of murky with newer vehicles. I think this is information a sales rep should know and be able to talk through vice offering Max Care plans. Overall, not bad, but could be better. More
