We bought a 2017 Volvo from them that we brought in 2x for diagnosis during the 3 month 4,000 mile warranty and no problems were found. About 5 months after we purhaches the car, it was diagnosed with an internally leaking head gasket. CarMax paid for the diagnosis, bought the car back and helped us move into a different car. They were great to work with, both in service and sales. We are grateful we made this purchase from them and will certainly consider them for future car purchases. More
