The agent who helped with the transaction (Mateo) was super friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. But there were a lot of lengthy delays with the paperwork. I had filled everything out weeks in advance, but by the time my car was shipped, the system had voided it all out. I had to go on line and do it all over the day before the appointment. Then when I got to the dealership, the information had all disappeared again. They knew I was coming in to buy a car, but didn't know I was bringing a trade-in. Had to wait to schedule the inspection of the trade-in. Had to rerun the papers several times. What I thought was going to be a 1-hour visit lasted closer to 3. No blame on the local agent, the problem was with Carmax's IT system and data storage. More
