Then when I got to the dealership, the information had all disappeared again. They knew I was coming in to buy a car, but didn't know I was bringing a trade-in. Had to wait to schedule the inspection of the trade-in. Had to rerun the papers several times. What I thought was going to be a 1-hour visit lasted closer to 3. No blame on the local agent, the problem was with Carmax's IT system and data storage. More

This was the best (and easiest) car buying experience I ever had. No pressure. We even had a problem with the vehicle we purchased and need to return it and the dealer went out of their way to make sure we ever had. No pressure.
