The purchase process was great but after the purchase, not so great. The rear interior doors can't be opened from the inside this is a safety issue. My husband made several phone calls to find out about getting this checked out since the car is supposedly under a 30 day guarantee. We live 90 miles from the Carmax. When he finally reached the Service manager (I believe) he was told to take the car somewhere to get it diagnosed. Disappointed it took multiple phone calls to be told have someone else look at it. We had a terrific experience! !! We were met almost immediately by Henry Byron (G.M.) He was concerned sit our wait time... we said we were in no hurry... He handed us off to J !! There were a few issues along the way but Henry and staff kept us informed. Juan called and said someone was picking our truck up from Waco.. Kenneth called and said the truck was at the dealership... Ozzy and Faith finished all the paperwork.(very professionally). we wrote the check and headed for home.. in the new truck.!!
