The purchase process was great but after the purchase, not so great. The rear interior doors can't be opened from the inside this is a safety issue. My husband made several phone calls to find out about getting this checked out since the car is supposedly under a 30 day guarantee. We live 90 miles from the Carmax. When he finally reached the Service manager (I believe) he was told to take the car somewhere to get it diagnosed. Disappointed it took multiple phone calls to be told have someone else look at it.
