This was my first experience with CarMax and I still can't find a single thing I was unhappy with. Their primary competitor doesn't allow you to test-drive their vehicles and I just couldn't roll that w can't find a single thing I was unhappy with. I was extremely skeptical at first, but started visitng my local CarMax to look for a new car. Checking out cars was fun and most of them were unlocked so I could just get inside and check them out. If I wanted to test drive one, all they needed was my driver's license and a copy of my insurance, they'd pull the car up, and then hand me the keys for a solo test drive. All the staff was super friendly and easy going. I'm impressed with this business model and will surely be coming back. Also, searching for, finding a car, having it shipped to your local CarMax was a crazy easy experience. There's a ton of cars online for you to shop through which made finding exactly what I wanted easy. Prices were fair, in my opinion, compared to other dealerships. Thank you, CarMax! More

They stood by the warranty of 90 days due to a faulty transmission. 30 days now only warranty which is not enough time for a large price purchase in my opinion.
