Overall it was a good experience. I feel it was a lot less pressure then going to a dealer or an individual seller. This was my first experience with CarMax and I still can't find a single thing I was unhappy with. Their primary competitor doesn't allow you to test-drive their vehicles and I just couldn't roll that w can't find a single thing I was unhappy with.
