Disappointed, Carmax in the past always had a great reputation, had family members that had great experience as well. Unfortunately, mine wasn't. Example: I asked "why are the brakes squeaking? "I was told Per Manager "the car just was washed they got wet" I almost walked out, but I insisted they get repaired. Doing so Thanks to Mike in the service department, He found the rotors were bad he replaced them and the pads. I had several issues, to long to explain But Koco, provided me with a loner twice, While BMW had my vehicle for 3 days. During my 10 days return period. Overall, Koco and Mike did make a bad experience a better one. More
