QUESTION: How do you make a 90 year old feel she is on Cloud Nine???? ANSWER: You take her to CARMAX. I feel like a teenager with the experiance at CarMax. I received Great Serice.. I had a little cry having to gie up my 20 year old car as she had been so faithfull, but as they say life goes on and it goes on at CarMax. I am now drviing a beatiful Toyota Corrola and am the happiest of people. The sales people were extramly nice. Ronnie and Briana explained everything to me and I can not thank them enough. CarMaax in Royal Palm Beach is most certainly the best, and I am now recomending it to everyone and especially to my older friends at how easy they made me feel. I am flying high and enjoying the moment and hopefully I will still be driving this car when I am 100 years old. I have good genes. Once again CarMax thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU. June. I am writing this seperatly so as you delet it. I do have to say I am disapointed that they would not gvie me a second key for this car as I have ALWAYS had two keys with any vehical I have ever had. I once locked my keys in my car and I had a family memeber come and open this car with one I always leave in a special place should I become stranded. A lot of people do have memory loss at times and so a second key would be most helpful as I even came in the next day and gave them my second key as I always leave that at home as I explained. The app told me one thing, the website told me another and the customer service people something completely different. It should not be that difficult for things to sync up especially when you only have 3 days to come look at it and decide once it arrives. More
