I am so happy with my new car. My husband decided to buy me a new car for our 30th Wedding Anniversary since I was having issues with my current car. After visiting numerous dealerships, we decided to look online and we saw a 2016 white BMW 528i that we liked. We made an appointment to do a test drive and when we arrived, we were greeted by their staff and introduced to Sales Consultant Jonathan Fils-Aime. Jonathan was wonderful, informed us on all of the details of the car, set up our test drive and organized all of the paperwork. I love how organized CarMax is and how they take care of everything. We paid for the car with two bank checks and we miscalculated the cost and paid less than expected. CarMax refunded us the difference and gave us a check. The whole experience was great and I am very happy with my new car. Thank you to everyone at CarMax and a special thank you to Jonathan for his wonderful Customer Service. More

I’m still waiting for promises to be fulfilled after 8 days of buying my truck. I was told that I would receive a refund of the 500 dollars that I paid to order the truck and also that I would get a new days of buying my truck.
