Sedric was wonderful and very helpful getting through the process. I worked online with a couple of online associates and did most of what needs to get done via the internet and phone. My only issue was we were set up for expedited check out, being told it should be between 30 minutes and an hour, but the entire process actually took a little over 3. Sedric kept us informed about what was going on throughout. The car was all ready, clean as new and any imperfections (extremely minor) had been documented. We left very happy. More

Did most of the work online myself, once I went in to the Dealership it was pretty quick and painless! They already had the car waiting and the plates ready to take home! No complaints! I visited on a Wednesday, had an appointment that Friday to buy the car I’d chosen, was unable to go then, so told them I would come the next day and to please make sure the car was ready. Called them that to buy the car I’d chosen, was unable to go then, so told them I would come the next day and to please make sure the car was ready. Called them that next day to say I was coming, they said sorry but the car was not ready and would be the following Tuesday. Came in Tuesday they said the car was ready, but apparently it had not been ready at the start of the day and they rushed to get it ready. When I was at the point of driving my car away, noticed all these things wrong with the car and that it clearly was Not ready. So they said I could bring it back to get it all fixed. Nightmarw of an experience. More

Our salesperson (John M. ) was friendly and very knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a car from CarMax. The paperwork was fast and easy. However, I was frustrated when I couldn't pay a large amount for the extended warranty and a few fees with my debit card which was not working on their machine. In the end, I was able to use a personal check which my salesperson suggested and their business office did not. Anyhow, I'm so happy with my newer car. More
