I had started the process of trading my car for a more current model online. I submitted all the proper documents and received an estimate for my trade in. Once I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait about 30 minutes. Dan was my salesman and wonderful! My trade in was the same value as online. The car I wanted was there and in the same condition as noted on the website. The process was smooth, but still took awhile. I left with my awesome new car and a great experience. I highly recommend Dan and the team at CarMax! More

I thought my sales person did a very good job trying to meet my needs, but because of title issues on the first 2 vehicles we looked at, I wasted significant time coming in and the need to continue looking meet my needs, but because of title issues on the first 2 vehicles we looked at, I wasted significant time coming in and the need to continue looking. This is obviously an operational issue, Not sure if model e350 appears under model listing, but needed to put in something to submit. In addition, although I did not expect much for my car, I was disappointed the trade in was reduced by 25%, when the only change was additional mileage due to Carmax inefficiencies. This also takes too long. I sad yes ro the recommendation, but would be sure people know my complete story More
