The sales rep was amazing! She was attentive and gave us the time to talk over our pending car purchase. We did not feel pressured at all. The only issue was they let us drive the car off the lot with tires less than 3 thread and some significant mechanical issues that were not acknowledged. We had the car assessed by two outside mechanics. The car is for our 16 year old and we want his as safe as possible. When we brought the car back in, the sales manager tried to say the tires were 4 thread, but we had two prior mechanics confirm it was 3 thread. The other issue is there was a leaky gas cap that ruined the spark plugs which was not previously identified. However, we bought the warrantly and hope to have the car repaired this upcoming week to address all of these issues. We know buying a used car has it's risks, but it did not appear the car was truly inspected. More
