Wehn I was searching for a car I never thought I woukd end up with Carmax but I am glad I did.. this was my 1st full experience with Carmax and my Sales guy- Cotorry was great! I love this as a first time customer at CarMax. I had my doubts but gave it a chance. My sales rep made the process VERY easy, Cotorry Wilson. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient and accommodating. I can tell he has experience with cars. The manager contacted me to communicate the delay in shipping the car to our store. Overall, just a very personable experience. Even my first sales rep, Leo was great. He sat and compared cars with me and told me it was okay to move on in the event he wasn't available / present when I chose to purchase. This resulted in me looking at a new car, that I bought...and now love! This experience does NOT compare to the pressure and games of a "traditional" car dealership. Very satisfied. More
